Titular Character

Prior to the release of the book, Michael Scott heavily hinted at the identity of the titular character by stating:

"The Warlock (The Warlock's cover) was printed on a gold paper and if you’re reading the series, you’ll know why. So, it should come as no surprise when you discover that this The Enchantress' cover will be on silver foil. And if you can’t guess who the Enchantress is by now, you’ve not been paying attention."

The author later confirmed in an interview that the identity of The Enchantress was indeed Sophie Newman.'

Story

This story is a confusing time-loop. Josh traded his left hand for a hook with the Aether sword in it and it turned him into Marethyu and gave him the ability to time-travel
